GUARANTEED SATISFACTION
We give you the ability to hear your mix online at your own convenience when we complete it. If you need any changes we will make those at that time. If you request different or additional songs you will be charged additional fees so please make sure you pick the songs you want in your initial order. It helps for you to be specific as possible when placing your order. Make sure you are already familiar with the music selections you request. We can give suggestions but prefer you give us a general direction so we know what you expect since it can vary from customer to customer.

SENDING YOUR PAYMENT
After you have previewed your mix and everything is the way you want it, we will send you an invoice. Payment must be paid in full before we will send your mix.

We use PayPal for our credit card processing. It's easy to pay and secure. We simply email you an invoice and you go to a secure site and pay us instantly. This service is now owned by Ebay and used by thousands of people around the world. We take care of any credit card processing fees on our end. If this is a problem let us know. We can also accept money via checks and money orders but this will slow your turn around time. The sooner we receive your payment, the sooner you will receive your mix.

TURN AROUND TIME
Turn around time is 2 weeks on average (sometimes a lot sooner) but it really depends on several factors. Mainly how fast you correspond with us, the complexity and requirements of your mix, how many orders we have, etc. Rush jobs (one week or less) are available at an extra cost.
